Accommodation
Elite offers two levels of accommodation and support. A 24-hour staffed service with controlled access and CCTV monitoring within a shared house setting, and a non-24-hour service staffed during the day. The accommodation offers a friendly and relaxed environment that offers the feeling of belonging and a safe place to live. The accommodation is provided to young people of both genders.

Our properties are maintained to a high standard. consists of 5 - 6 bedrooms, office, lounge area, 2 kitchens, shower rooms, bathroom/WC, toilets, laundry, drying and ironing areas over 3 storeys and large gardens. All rooms are fully furnished, decorated and secure. Elite are responsible for general repairs and maintenance.
The accommodation complies with the appropriate legislation relating to HMOs under the Housing Act 2004. The property is licensed by Croydon Council and Reigate & Banstead Council and both have current fire safety certificates and meet all safety standards at the time of use.

Cost
Elite offers low, medium and high support packages. Prices are inclusive of all property rental and maintenance, insurance, management, staff and support costs, provision for staff travel and time accompanying young person to professional appointments, attending meetings/reviews, contact visits and group activities/workshops.

Safeguarding
Elite will provide services in accordance with the guidance contained in *Working Together to Safeguard Children" (2006) to ensure that young people are safe and protected from abuse. Staff are trained to understand the principles and practice involved in the protection of young people and take appropriate action if they have any safeguarding concerns.
Policies and Procedures are in place to protect vulnerable young people from abuse and harm. All suspected, alleged and incidents will be fully and promptly investigated. All relevant persons and agencies will be notified of the outcome.

In the case of emergency, measures are in place to safeguard any young person in the project. A contingency plan will be put in place detailing what will happen and who will be responsible for providing support initially and on an ongoing basis.
